Anika Scott, a Founder and Managing Partner of Rewire has more than fifteen years of experience in the alternative asset and financial services industry. Prior to Rewire, Anika was a Managing Director at A/O Proptech. Previously she held senior positions at Anthemis, YFM Equity Partners and the Tilney Group. Anika began her career at Goldman Sachs.

Lauren Seaver, is a member of Rewire’s senior advisory team. Prior to Rewire Lauren founded Fastnet Capital, providing fund placement and advisory services in Europe and the U.S. Previously, she managed European institutional investor relationships with Deutsche Bank's Private Funds Group. Lauren began her career at Chase Manhattan.

Lucy Nicholls is a member of Rewire’s senior advisory team and has more than twenty-five years of private markets investing experience. Prior to Rewire, Lucy was a Partner at Stafford Capital Partners. Previously she worked with the UK Government’s Green Investment Bank, was a Partner at Graphite Capital and Adams Street Partners, and worked for seven years within the European investment team at Pantheon.

Malcolm Goddard brings three decades of expertise to Rewire's senior advisory team, specialising in building and scaling the operational framework of acclaimed regulated financial enterprises, ranging from fledgling ventures to global corporations. Notably, he served as CFO & COO at Zetland Capital Partners, and held pivotal roles at Altima Partners, Commerzbank, ING Barings, and James Capel & Co. Currently, he holds several NED positions, underscoring his seasoned leadership in the industry.

Rachel Wood is a valued member of Rewire’s senior advisory team, with extensive expertise in private equity fund placement and investor relations. Prior to joining Rewire, Rachel was as a Founding Partner at Amala Partners and Managing Director at Helix Associates. Throughout her career, Rachel has collaborated with General Partners across Europe and the US, guiding them through fundraising efforts, positioning them for global investor engagement, and providing strategic counsel on investor relations programs.

Sarah Clarke, a founder and managing partner of Rewire has over twenty-three years of experience in private capital fundraising. Prior to Rewire, Sarah launched Foundation Fundraising Services where she worked with funds globally across all aspects of fundraising preparation and advisory services. Previously, she spent four years with Helix Associates.

Dr. Tim Hames is a member of Rewire’s senior advisory team. Tim has had an extensive career, including roles as Director General of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital (BVCA) and Assistant Editor of The Times. At the BVCA, he represented over 700 companies across the sector and led the industry’s response to policy changes.
